A rapidly growing Construction & Property Consultancy in Nottingham is seeking a client-focused Associate Director with a strong background in Construction Project Management to join their team.

The Associate Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Associate Construction Project Manager will join a supportive, family-feel company, working closely with Directors and Partners in a hybrid capacity, typically spending 2-3 days a week in the office.

This role is highly client-facing, focusing on project delivery and account management for a high-profile client.

The primary objective of this role is to maintain and secure repeat business from this key client, as their current framework approaches renewal next year. The goal is to successfully retender and secure the framework for the future.

The successful Associate Project Manager will ideally have experience managing client accounts & working in a client facing role.

The Associate Construction Project Manager

The ideal Associate Project Manager will enjoy working in a friendly and dynamic environment, be eager to work autonomously within a flexible firm and help grow this client account long term.

You will also possess:

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or currently working towards ideally
• Holds a BSc or MSc in Construction related field
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role within a UK Consultancy, ideally operating at a senior level
• Previous account management / client facing experience
