Hours: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will manage new product submissions and address customer issues, focusing on monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Administrator
- Assist in the management of new product submissions, including documentation, tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the progress of product development projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to product development, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to product development activities.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on product development metrics and project statuses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Support the Product Development Manager with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct research and gather data to support product development initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Key Skills of a Project Administrator
- Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within a product development or technical environment.
- Strong technical interest and aptitude.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
