Job Description


Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will manage new product submissions and address customer issues, focusing on monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Administrator

  • Assist in the management of new product submissions, including documentation, tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of product development projects.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to product development, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to product development activities.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on product development metrics and project statuses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Support the Product Development Manager with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support product development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.


Key Skills of a Project Administrator

  • Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within a product development or technical environment.
  • Strong technical interest and aptitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
