A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Project Manager (No1), to oversee a 55M New Build development in Bristol for their client Unite.

Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in Commercial Build projects across the UK, over multiple sectors. This project is being built by the Living Space division, or more specifically within the Student Accommodation sector that equates to around 75% of the business.

Initially, you will be heavily involved with the PCSA agreement and the contractors client, until construction of the development starts in Q4 of this year. Following this, it will be a site based role with support in the form of an associated site team and roaming Operations Manager / Contracts Manager / Director.

Due to the nature of the scheme, previous experience in RC Frame, High Rise Accommodation, Internal Fit Out and Refurbishment would be beneficial. A proven work history dealing with the client end of Commercial Build schemes would also be required. Additional sector experience within Student Accommodation and schemes of this value would obviously be of benefit.
