Assistant Operations ManagerSalary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + 10% BonusLocation: Central LondonOnsite

The Role & Day-to-Day:Reporting to the Centre Manager, the key responsibilities of an Assistant Centre Manager include:
Centre Standards:
- Maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards consistently.
On-Site Staff Management:
- Oversee staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, handymen, and contractors.
- Ensure balanced and efficient execution of daily responsibilities.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings, set milestones, and create development plans.
- Plan and document daily team meetings.
- Approve annual leave and document sickness.
- Deputise for the Centre Manager as needed.
Operational Tasks:
- Adhere to procedures, setting a positive example.
- Organise office decoration and client office moves.
- Perform Health & Safety and Fire Safety checks.
Client Community Building:
- Foster a community spirit.
- Address client needs and queries.
- Organise client events.
Client Billing and Administration:
- Manage client billing as needed.
