Your new role

  • Keep the team and clients well-informed about the project status throughout its duration.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and improved cash flow for the company.
  • Address any outstanding issues promptly
  • Assist with team capacity to manage workflow.
  • Schedule deliveries and installations with subcontractors and customers.
  • Ensure installation drawings are provided to subcontractors before the job starts.
  • Expedite, coordinate, and resolve issues
  • Verify completion of order/project delivery/installations.
  • Initiate the invoicing process upon project completion.
  • Coordination of the team and general office duties
  • Schedule and conduct project planning/phasing meetings with the team.
  • Participate in review meetings with the team.


What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years in the interior design or architectural industry.
  • Experience in a coordination role, a preferable background in Office Management.
  • Ability to manage and lead people.
  • Open-minded outlook with a people-oriented attitude.
