No.1 Project Manager Required - Established Main Contractor - GBP15m Industrial Unit - StaffordMy client is a multidisciplinary main contractor that excels in the delivery of construction projects on a scale. They are privately owned and this year will turn over in excess of GBP50 million for a growing list of blue chip clients. Duties:• Reporting directly into the Construction Director• Overseeing all aspects of on-site delivery including organization, and motivation of delivery teams.• Responsible for project strategies, Programme management and is able to perform under pressure effectively and within tight timescales• driving programmes forward and undertaking commercial cost control• Ability to reduce cost and improve programmes.Requirements:• Previous Industrial or Steel Frame Construction Experience• Experience in working on Logistically tight projects• Experience Leading Projects in excess of GBP10million• Available to start within the next 4 weeks ideally (some flexibility here for the right candidate)
