BMS Project Manager - North

Job Description:

As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting and managing client expectations, developing detailed project plans, defining the project scope, understanding project risks, and assigning team members to specific tasks. You will manage, engineer, plan, and resource multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the project team adheres to the highest standards of Health and Safety.
  • Promote business growth and profitability through effective project management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent project outcomes to end-users and throughout the contractual chain, including M&E's and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with quality processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage resource planning and efficiency to maximize team utilization.
  • Embed efficiency and best practices in the project delivery process and culture to raise competitiveness and profitability.

Experience:

  • Experience in BMS projects is desirable, but HVAC backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer is required.

Skills:

  • Proficient in using project management software tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects.
  • Comfortable and experienced with various project management frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative, motivation, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to new environments and tasks.
