Blue Water Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to work on a large external refurbishment project in Bristol.

Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager with previous external refurb experience to manage & coordinate this project from design, BSA submission and construction.

This role would be on a permanent basis with the opportunity to progress to Area Contracts Manager.

On offer is negotiable annual salary of 60,000 - 65,000 plus car package & additional benefits.

A CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid is required for this position.
