Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in managing high-volume, multi-million-pound contracts? Do you want to work with a company that is pioneering sustainable solutions and advancing the maritime industry? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager on a permanent basis for a globally recognised company specialising in propulsion and handling systems based near Dumfermline.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

  • Strong contract and commercial knowledge.
  • Experience in the naval, oil and gas, or marine industries is desirable.
  • Mechanical engineering experience is advantageous.
  • Capable of handling complex projects from inception to completion.
  • British citizenship is required due to high-level security clearance for certain projects.

The Role:

  • Manage projects, including participation in the sales process.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Develop, produce, and maintain detailed project management plans.
  • Track and deliver milestones, manage financial accounting, and control project risks.
  • Maintain compliance with management system processes.
  • Serve as the primary interface for customer reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide monthly progress status and finance reports.
  • Oversee project contract files and ensure effective project documentation.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary from 40,000 to 48,000.
