Project Management requirements:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-profile projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects across residential, retail, logistics, aviation, and healthcare sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
