Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately estimate costs for projects involving ceilings, drylining, glazing, and decorating.

- Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure all estimates align with project requirements.

- Conduct detailed take-offs and prepare competitive bids.

- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and proposals.

- Maintain updated records of all estimates and project costs.

- Assist in securing new projects by providing timely and accurate cost information.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in estimating for design and build projects.

- Strong background in ceilings, drylining, glazing, and decorating.

- Familiarity with interior fit-outs for commercial buildings.

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
