Our client is a very well established and rapidly expanding main contractor in Bristol. They are very well run with a strong management team and an impressive pipeline of work.

Due to the award of a key project in the Bristol area they have approached us with the requirement to recruit a Project Manager to deliver the project.

The scheme is valued at around GBP23 million. It is in central Bristol and involves converting an existing building into student accommodation. It is a tight and logistically challenging site but certainly an exciting project.

As Project Manager you will be No.1 on site, liaising with the client during, managing additional site managers and reporting to the Operations Director on all issues.

The role would suit an existing PM looking for a change or an experienced Senior Site Manager looking to step up.
