We are working with a well-established contractor based in the Midlands that delivers demolition and civil engineering contracts as both a Principal Contractor and subbie to many leading Tier 1 contractors and prestigious sites across the UK

They have a healthy order book and a number of contracts starting in the Surrey area and therefore require an experienced Demolition Project Manager that can cover works between these projects and oversee the site teams.

Must have a CCDO Management card, and appropriate experience from a demolition background.

Must also have the ability to communicate effectively with the main client and strong communications skills at all levels.

Must also be computer literate and able to manage a RAMS., programmes, and associated process

Idealy the client would like a temp to perm with a view to go on permanent following a 12 week period however cthose only wishing to freelance would not be overlooked if you hold the right experience,
