Do you have experience supporting International Development projects in an administrative or co-ordination capacity?
If so, we have just registered an exceptional opportunity to join our interesting client as the Temporary Project Coordinator.
This temporary assignment will start immediately, following a successful interview, and will be ongoing until 21st March 2025.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Providing support in the planning, organisation and delivery of an evolving international project portfolio
- Working across internal teams and with external partners and contractors
- Preparing project scoping documents
- Disseminating project reports
- Helping to maintain strong engagement and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting follow-up activities to ensure outcomes are tracked and captured accordingly
- Measuring project KPIs and seeking case studies
- Undertaking general administrative activities to support the timely delivery of projects.

Temporary Project Coordinator Requirements
As the temporary Project Coordinator, you will already have experience supporting projects along with:
- Being highly motivated, results orientated and a strong collaborator
- An expert planner, with high levels of accuracy
- It is essential you have experience in international development
- Ideally working towards or already obtained a project management qualification
