We are looking for a main contractor's Project Manager for the 90m next phase of a multi-block residential development in the centre of Maidenhead.

Reporting to a resident Project Director, the successful candidate will be given full project lifecycle responsibility for the delivery of 180 units in three RC Frame blocks ranging from 12 to 16 storeys in height.

Candidate essentials;

• A degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or NVQ 7.
• A stable career record of salaried employment with UK main contractors.
• Start to finish experience on new build residential developments above 50m in value.

Employment commencement is projected for October and interviews are available from w/c 9th September.

Salary; 90k to 110k + package.
