Are you a Technology Operations Manager wanting to deliver within a high performing environment?

Our client is a 24/7 high availability environment, you will have a technical mindset to ensure you can coordinate and deliver high standards of IT Operations. You may have come from a Service Desk, Service Delivery or Infrastructure background, to allow you to have in depth technical conversations.

You will be managing a small team including Platform Engineers and an Incident Manager. With your approach, you will guide the day-to-day operations, keeping close to the action to continuously improve production. You will indirectly be leading third party suppliers, with your existing supplier management knowledge, you will ensure service levels are always met.

About you, the Technology Operations Manager

• Technically capable you will have ownership of Products and drive forward Technical Operations
• Understanding of Azure
• ITIL, Project Management or Service Delivery certified (desirable)
• Management experience both internally and driving third party suppliers
• Ability to review and drive forward existing processes
• Comfortable to present to Board Members

Hybrid working 2x days office based, 3x days working remotely
Milton Keynes based office
Salary - GBP70,000 - GBP80,000
