NEW ROLE : SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

The requirement is for an experienced transport/courier operations manager with a robust management style.

The company require a strong manager who is service driven and demands the same from their team.

The key to the role is management experience in transport. If the candidate had air freight experience this would be beneficial but is in no way a deal breaker.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FROM NEW MANAGER

1) Ensure all reporting is completed on time

2) Ensure all Drivers both PAYE and ISP are fully compliant with PDA usage

3) Proactively sit in the operation reviewing the service job by job

4) Train and develop staff

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Working Times: 8am to 6pm / 1-hour unpaid break / Contractual 45 hours per week
