Main Purpose of the role of Trust Operations Manager.

To lead the team providing administration for the range of trust and financial products. To develop the administration service as new technology support is introduced and additional platforms and products are added.

Key Qualifications & Attributes:
Experience:

• Experience in trust administration within financial services, legal, or accountancy sectors.
• Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.

Professional Qualifications:

• Holding or actively pursuing the STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner designation is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a strong customer service ethos.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a university degree or equivalent level of education preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
