A leading independent prep school in central London is seeking an Operations Manager to join their school team. This is a full time and permanent position from September or October 2024.

This independent school aims to provide a modern and stimulating education for every pupil and has a reputation for innovation in teaching and learning and strong pastoral care.

This exciting opportuinty will provide operational support with overall responsibility for the management and leadership of all non-educational elements of the School. This role will manage the administration and catering team; and oversee the regular and occasional contractors who provide services across the school. The Business/Operations Manager will be report daily to the Headmistress and work closely with the Group Operations, IT and Finance team to ensure effective and efficient running of the school.

Effective project management is essential as is health and safety experience. ISOH qualification is desired.
