Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading construction contractor? We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a dynamic team, overseeing and managing a diverse range of projects in the North West region
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and the public on-site.
- Develop and maintain construction phase plans, procurement schedules, and site traffic management plans.
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities and daily operations.
- Chair pre-start meetings and preconstruction reviews with key stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing the supply chain, direct employees, and consultants.
- Monitor health and safety on-site and compile necessary documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret programs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Relevant level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4) or equivalent.
- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work certificate.
- Full driving license.
