About the role
The Project Manager / Stakeholder Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of software projects by managing stakeholder expectations, translating business needs into technical requirements, and guiding the development team through sprint methodology.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring that the development team fully understands the business needs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and review of sprints, ensuring that tasks are well-defined, prioritised, and completed within the sprint cycle.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications that the development team can implement, ensuring that all aspects of the project are clearly understood.
- Drive the adoption of new features by coordinating user training, gathering feedback, and analysing usage data.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance sprint planning, execution, and team performance.
About You
Are you a motivated Project Manager? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:
- Proven experience in managing sprints, particularly within a software development or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly sprint planning, execution, and review processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Some experience or familiarity with coding and software development processes, enabling effective communication with the development team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and propose effective solutions to complex problems.
