Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor based in Birmingham working on water schemes in the West Midlands region. This multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Producing financial forecasts
• Monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting
• Delivering projects from design phase through to completion
• Developing and maintaining construction programmes
• Chairing weekly site meetings
• Ensuring detailed site diaries/records are completed
• Reviewing progress, budget resources and forward planning.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous project management experience in the water sector and have a strong understanding of operational activities. In addition, you will have a good understanding of NEC contracts and be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders proficiently. Finally, you will have strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
