I am working with a Housing Association who are seeking a proactive Housing Development Manager to join their fast paced and hands on development team.

We are committed to providing high quality affordable housing, building new homes.

You will manage a range of projects that are focused on delivering development schemes ensuring there are arrangements for the provision of affordable housing within these schemes. In this senior role you will have responsibility to specify and deliver programme plans and manage the day-to-day operations of the projects you supervise.

Responsibilities:
Identify and assess development opportunities
Prepare and submit funding applications
Establish and maintain project plans
Commission and manage consultants and contractors
Represent the organization at site/construction and stakeholder meetings
Ensure that housing projects support the City Mayor's priorities.
