You will manage a team of site managers who then oversee the operational delivery of schemes. Description

• Social housing refurbishment projects across the north west; kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, etc.
• Managing a team of site managers who oversee the operational delivery team.
• Overseeing multiple projects at a time.
• Financial planning and budgeting.
• CDM 2015 and Health & Safety.
• Sub-contractor management.
• Client relationships and reporting to the directorate team.
• Improving performance and delivery of projects.
• Key leadership role within the North West Housing division.

Profile

• Proven housing refurbishment background for a main contractor
• Prior trade background
• SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS
• NVQ 6 or 7 desirable
• Experience managing social housing schemes
• Considerate Constructor scheme experience
• Proven ability to prepare and monitor works programmes i.e, Microsoft
• Ability to review, challenge and support contractors RAMS
• UK Driving licence
