Sales Project Coordinator

About the Job:

Are you experienced in the Cladding, Window, Curtain Wall fabrication industry, or finishing sector including, high quality PPC, and or anodising ? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a tangible impact? United Anodisers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Project Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare Winning Quotes: Transform clients' architectural, fabrication, and fa??ade drawings into compelling project quotations. You'll collaborate closely with clients, ensuring detail of their requirements is understood before submitting prices.

• Drive Success: Work with client to optimize and tailor quotations through the project development winning orders for anodising whilst tracking and recording project information to ensure a seamless process from quotation to completion. Your negotiation skills and regular client contact will be key in securing orders.

• Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and long-standing customers. Your clear and efficient communication will ensure their needs are met, time and again.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work independently and as part of a team, liaising with our Production and Commercial teams to guarantee the smooth flow of projects and successful outcomes, both in the UK and across Europe.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A strong background in a similar role within the Cladding, Window, Curtain Wall fabrication industry, or finishing sectors

• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to secure projects win orders and drive results.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to Multitask : Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and efficient.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong Time Management : Excellent time management and communication skills.
