Job Title: Project Coordinator

Salary: GBP25,000 per annum

Location: Bishop's Stortford

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client, they are seeking a hardworking, reliable Project Coordinator to join their team to assist their busy team by handling work requests with engineers and booking appointments for clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Confident with Microsoft Packages including Excel
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proactive and self motivated
• Excellent organisational skills and detail orientated
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with clients and engineers over the phone and via emails
• Raising new jobs on the in-house systems
• Ensure rescheduled work is accurately updated on the database
• Provide an excellent customer service experience to all clients
• Schedule and administer engineers diaries
• Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
• General administration duties
