About the Company-

My client is one of the top reinforced concrete specialists in the London region. This is based on both turnover and profit. They have offices in several UK locations and are busy in all of their regional businesses.

Much of their work is repeat business with a good percentage of new clients coming on board- their reputation for delivery is strong. Due to a healthy order book they are looking for a Project Manager on a contract in Cambridge.

Their schemes are in both the commercial and residential sectors and typically range from GBP10-15m. You 'll be responsible for both sub and superstructure.

About the role-

You will see projects through from conception to completion and will have a strong team around you. Your main responsibilities will be operational delivery, client liaison, health and safety and of course quality. It is essential that you have worked for specialist groundworks/rc frame contractors and have a successful track record in delivering such schemes.

Requirements-

Either a Civil Engineering degree or trades background is suitable but you must have a proven history in the industry, a desire for quality and safety and an ambitious and positive outlook.

Rewards and remuneration-

A good salary and package along with discretionary bonus. There is also the opportunity to work Ltd/Sole Trader if preferred.
