Italian Speaking Project Manager, Up to GBP50,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits, Remote Working, Lovely Growing Company with Fantastic Culture, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity.
Project Manager:
The purpose of the role is to support, develop and plan a structured project delivery approach that meets the clients' objectives and expectations, as well as managing multiple projects on client accounts.
Project Manager Duties:
Supporting clients on managing the day-to-day operational aspects of upcoming and existing projects
Liaising with clients and relevant stake holders to understand and establish targets, objectives, schedules and incorporating this into the project plan
Revising project work plans as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements
Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of a campaign, to ensure effective and efficient implementation, running and closure of each campaign
Building on existing and creating new client relationships and working on client accounts for the business
Coordinating the entire campaign lifecycle on behalf of the client, ensuring all milestones are achieved
Effectively engage with and direct workload amongst other teams and department
Help define, develop and brief the business on project processes
Assisting the Customer Service department during each campaign lifecycle, resolving or escalating any queries or challenges
Being the key point of contact for clients, suppliers and other business functions
Organise all appropriate meetings to ensure project tracking, correct resourcing and projects launching within budget
What's in your DNA / Experience Needed?
- Ideally 3 years'+ experience gained within a Project Management role
- Must be fluent in Italian
- Experience in multitasking with several client portfolios and managing multiple projects
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Passion to go above and beyond for clients at all times
- MS Office experience (vital)
- Attention to detail with experience of UAT
- Attention to detail with analytical/statistical analysis skills
