Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Band 8b - Shared Care Project Manager to work within the NHS in Wolverhampton!

Hybrid Working

Contract - 6 months initial contract with the view to being extended to an ongoing basis

Salary - 40.00 per hour - may negotiate dependent on experience

About the role:

• The Project Manager will support the Programme lead in the continued implementation and additional functionality deployment of the Shared Care Record across the trust.
• Data integration from partner organisations primary clinical systems.
• Project manage data integration workstream reporting exceptions, managing risks and issues.
• Development of future data integration plans i.e. to onboard future partners (care homes, hospices) and data enhancement increasing the scope and richness of the shared care record.
• Development of safety case documentation and periodic review and refresh of the documents.
• Work with Senior Manager and key stakeholder to investigate the causes of any variance from plan/delivery targets and contribute to the implementation of solutions.

About You:

• PRINCE2 Foundation level or significant specialist experience of using the methodology in the workplace and on projects.
• Significant experience in project management, and supporting change management processes.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of at least one clinical system, either primary, secondary or relevant.
• A good understanding of the health and social care environment and roles and responsibilities within it.
