SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER - PROGRAMME DIRECTOR - FINANCIAL SERVICES - MIDLANDS

Clarity Resourcing is currently looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager - Programme Director, capable of overseeing a number of concurrent change projects. You must have extensive Retail Financial Services experience and a demonstrable track record of successful delivery.

Business Change & Technology transformation experience within Retail Financial Services is absolutely essential -experience within a Commodity Broker or related sector would be HIGHLY advantageous. You'll need to be adaptable, committed, robust, willing to learn & grow. Ideally you'll have core banking & mortgage systems experience - MSO -Mortgage Sales, Mortgage Originations

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure for varied project deliverables.
• Working with senior stakeholders and third parties
• Manage the project adoption into BAU, capturing benefit realisations and lessons learned
• Control budgets & project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices

You'll require the following skills and experience:

Key

• At least 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Agile, Lean, Waterfall, SAFe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• An influencer with credibility. Leadership & problem-solving skills essential.
• Strong attention to detail and working with senior stakeholders.
• Certification in PPMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM APMG or equivalent.
• Experienced in providing project data and supporting senior management teams on decision making.
• Core banking & mortgage systems experience - MSO -Mortgage Sales, Mortgage Originations
