We are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our well-established client within Kidlington

About the role:

The day-to-day planning and project control of system builds and system installations at customer sites in the UK and/or abroad. This involves liaising with our clients to agree the system specification and project scope, whilst liaising with the company s internal functions including Engineering & Purchasing along with third-party contractors representing both the company and the client. You will be the single point contact for a given project and the Key data holder for timing and latest actions / issues

The Role.

• Communicate effectively and provide regular, accurate daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with the current processes and templates.
• Mitigate risks through detailed planning and applying processes consistently.
• Ensure continuous learning feedback is effective, and that performance continually improves.
• Experience in the deployment of capital equipment preferably within a manufacturing environment (GBP250,000-GBP500,000 projects).
• Liaise with Finance to prepare and validate budgets and maintain accurate cost reports and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• High intellectual curiosity combined with the desire to seek knowledge when required

Salary/Hours

GBP26.66 per hour Monday to Friday
