We are seeking to identify an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Ofsted registered provision, consisting of Children's residential homes and Supported Accommodation.

The Operations Manager will register with Ofsted as the Responsible Individual for our Children's service.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading/managing an OFSTED registered Home and will have robust knowledge of the nine quality standards.
