Ashley Kate HR are working with their Housing client in Lincolnshire on an Interim People Services role. Reporting to the Head of service this is a remote role, but you need to be able to travel to the Lincolnshire offices as needed and quickly so key you live in the locality. Salary 45k and this is a 12-month Fixed Term contract

The business is undertaking a transformation programme and so you will need to support the Corporate Head of Culture to review service areas with a view to implementing change programmes and solutions for corporate change initiatives, displaying specific skills and knowledge of restructures, TUPE, redundancies.

Assist in the coordination of successful completion of project deliverables, identifying risks and problems.

Assist with defining the organisation's strategic direction by creating plans to achieve business development.

Manage, monitor, and control transformation projects using the right tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project management.

Provide accurate colleague information to ensure processes are supported by relevant data.

Create and manage change programme timelines for action, communicating with managers and business partners on deliverables, timelines, and support required.

Support and guide managers and colleagues through periods of change and transformation

Assist with the development of project documents, ensure communication is timely and relevant

Coordinate and facilitate regular group meetings and ad hoc project meetings; document and share agendas and manage the minutes.

Interim People Services Manager - About you

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where planning, organising, prioritising and multi-tasking were required
  • Experience and knowledge of working with workplace unions
  • A solid high-level knowledge of current UK Employment Law and best practice
  • You will need to CIPDL Level 5 qualified or equivalent
