Mechanical Project Manager

Trevett Services are working with a Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a site based Project Manager to work near Kentish Town.

This is a full time permanent role delivering mechanical and electrical services for both the public and private sector.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Ensure that all planned works are carried out in line with manufacturer instructions.
• Ensure all paperwork produced is clear, concise and complies with current legislation and best practice.
• Manage Subcontractors on site to ensure work packages are delivered.
• Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager and Quantity Surveyor to price works
• Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment.
• Liaise with multi trades used within a plant room rebuild or commercial boiler swap out.

Experience required:

• Must be Mechanically biased
• A qualification in plumbing or gas
• Have managed social housing projects
• Strong customer services experience
