Client Details

My client is a leading E-commerce business, working with some of the best know brand across the UK and globally. They are searching for a Project Manager to join their team.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering e2e projects with both external clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a permanent role, is based out of Ripon with hybrid working (3 days onsite a week)

Description

• Create and manage project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and everyone involved is kept informed throughout the process.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and ensure that standards are met.
• Oversee technical tasks within larger projects managed by others.
• Work with stakeholders to define and approve business and customer requirements for new developments.
• Coordinate and conduct user testing to make sure the developments meet the documented requirements.
• Act as the product owner, prioritizing and delivering platform developments within the expected timelines.
• Configure systems to support new features and products.
• Keep all project-related documentation up to date.
• Help identify and resolve any system issues that arise.
• Apply risk management to all projects to reduce potential impacts.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including clear updates on system changes and project progress.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with key people in the business, external development teams, and customers.

Profile

• Over 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Skilled in gathering requirements and coordinating/testing.
• Strong at analyzing and solving problems.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong IT skills and interest in tech delivery.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable leading meetings.
• Positive attitude.
• Eager and willing to learn.

Job Offer

• Salary range of GBP35,000 to GBP45,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working
