ROLLING STOCK - Technical Project Manager GBP500 - GBP550 per day 18 Months (OUTSIDE IR35) Hybrid / Remote

Opportunity:

Ford & Stanley Rolling Stock are working with proud to be working in partnership with one of the largest Train Operating Companies in the UK. They play a vital role in the north of England by connecting tens of thousands of rail passengers travelling for work, leisure, education and more every day.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with extensive rolling stock experience to assist a train operating company in overseeing the full project lifecycle for a crucial train repair and restoration following a derailment. In this role, you will coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient restoration of the vehicle. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality results within the established timelines and budgets, ensuring the vehicle is safely returned back into the rail network.

Candidate Essentials:

• Project Management Experience working within the Rail Industry.
• First-hand experience working on Rail Body Repairs projects.
• Strong external/internal stakeholder management experience liaising with Suppliers, ROSCOs, Manufacturers and TOCS).
