Role: Operations Manager

Salary: 70,000- 75,000 plus package

This is a very exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager with a proven track record to join an impressive food manufacturing company. You will need to provide leadership and direction to the management team, encouraging ownership and accountability.

You will be managing the factory team in delivering site objectives and KPIs through operations, planning, production, supply chain and delivering excellent service output. This will require you to bring energy and motivate your team progress the manufacturing unit to the next level.

In your team, you will need to implement continuous improvement methods and process to drive continuous and sustainable performance. This role will test your man management, planning, and organisational skills and will test your strategic thinking to keep ahead of your competitors.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a Factory Manager, Operations Manager or similar role in a food manufacturing company, demonstrating a track record of high performing sites.
Proactive rather than reactive to stop issues from arising
Excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Can demonstrate delivery of continuous improvement projects and utilising Lean principles.
