Our client is a specialist plumbing and heating property sevices company and they are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager with a plumbing or heating background to oversee all of the daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.

Duties

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements

- Manage day-to-day operations of the business

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational goals are met

- Oversee staff and provide guidance and training as needed

Skills Required:

- Proven experience in operations management

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent organisational abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Technical knowledge in plumbing and/or heating

- Experience in budget management

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
