FM Project Manager, London with regional travel, cGBP49,212 + London Weighting

Our client is the leading national charity that helps people with life challenges including drugs or alcohol, trouble with housing, domestic abuse, mental and physical wellbeing.

They are recruiting an 'FM Implementation Advisor' to take ownership of multiple projects to open new facilities across the region as well as lead on refurb and upgrade projects.

You will be working to tight time schedules. Starting with the search for suitable properties, to securing leases, designing layout, writing tender specifications for refurbishments, engaging with contractors and ensuring quality of work and health and safety compliance during the works.

This is an all-encompassing project management role. A hybrid role that will involve visits to the Head Office in Kings Cross and site visits, both locally and nationally as well as plenty of home working. Occasional overnight stays will be required. All travel to sites is covered by expenses as are lunch/ dinner costs when working away.

You will be reporting into, and supported by, a senior project manager. Training will be available where required. This is a supportive working/ team environment.

The ideal candidate will already have a several years FM project management experience along with AUTOCAD design skills and sound H&S knowledge.

A salary ofGBP49,212 is offer with additional London Weighting (Inner London Weighting GBP4072.06, Outer London Weighting GBP2163.27, Fringe Weighting GBP683.99). 25 days holiday, increasing by 1 day p/a up to 30 maximum - plus bank holidays and pension.
