Description
Own the project plan and all supporting documentation for AtlasPro, ensure documentation is always
up to date and accurate.
Work with business stakeholders to identify and deliver the system and operational improvements.
Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Regularly meet and liaise with management teams regarding overall progress, prioritization and
resolution of potential issues.
Work with and drive stakeholders to manage the delivery of project to scope, costs and timescale and
take full ownership for the implementation of the project.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and work with stakeholders to
devise contingency plans as required.
Produce user and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows for project
and change work streams.
Ensure sufficient levels of test execution alongside User Acceptance Testing to ensure new features and
improvements are fit for purpose and can be released with confidence.
Transition from development into live operation through a rigorous quality-controlled testing process.
Ensure the IT Support Team are trained on any new solutions or enhancements and can support them
after launch.
Conduct post implementation reviews in order to assess if the objectives and benefits have been
delivered successfully and create lessons learnt to identify areas of improvement for future projects.
Liaise with third party stakeholders, both colleagues and external parties, to deliver and implement the
agreed solutions to improve business efficiency.

Experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
Experience working within technical business transformation projects such as software deployment
implementation.
Experience of managing stakeholders through complex business change projects.
