Project Administrator
Recruiting for a Project Administrator to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects. As a Project Administrator, you will be crucial in ensuring the continuous coordination of various project components.
The client is a leading generator specialist that provides solutions, maintenance, sales and hires to customers across the UK. The Role
- Assist in managing and controlling administrative tasks.
- Ensure the effective control and updating of management systems.
- Utilize Protean for scheduling works & liaise with internal departments & WBPS engineers.
- Manage paperwork submission & document uploading.
- Collaborate with projects team colleagues, aiding & support as needed.
- Generate reports to update the projects manager on project status.
- Facilitate engineer s hotel bookings, congestion charges, holidays, sickness, and expenses.
- Handle incoming calls & record the information.
- Monitor the receipt of ordered items.
- Attend weekly planning meetings to review current project status.
The Person
- Previous Coordinator or Administration experience is desirable.
- Preferably in a project or engineering environment.
- Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using Protean or similar project scheduling tools.
- Proficient in document management and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Resilient and tenacious in approach to work.
- The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.
