Operations Manager

Salary: up to GBP50k per annum

Monday Friday, day shift

Agenda Partnership are supporting their Corby based client who are looking for an Operations Manager to join their management team to provide support with their operational requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Direct people management experience
• Engaging in continuous improvement (CI) projects, specifically around proficiencies and processes.
• Ensure that all client SLA s are met on time and in full.
• Planning and management of team resource
• Upholding high standards of housekeeping
• Promoting Health and Safety within the warehouse.
• Running and attending team meetings & 1-2-1's
• Liaise with the General Manager and wider management teams regarding forecasting and planning

Skills & Experience

• Experienced Operations Manager who has worked within Warehousing / Distribution sector
• Track record of improving operational proficiencies and implementing change
• Excellent people management skills
• Somebody who enjoys being hands on day to day
