This is a site-based role offering a full relocation package to the North West.

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee a COMAH manufacturing facility, in a fully autonomous position responsible for circa 140 employees.

Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking a Site Operations Manager to work closely with the Site Director to position the site for future growth.

An ideal applicant will be a Site / Operations Manager, with a good understanding of manufacturing practices, and excellent leadership abilities. You will be seasoned in change management and have proven experience in driving continuous improvements.

You will come from a Chemical manufacturing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas or similar background and have a full comprehension of COMAH principles.

The company have been established for over 100 years, turnover 2billion+ per annum, and are renowned for their development and retention of staff. Due to the upcoming retirement of the Site Director, we are seeking a Site Operations Manager to work closely with him with the view to stepping into his role once he has retired.

In this role you will oversee an established manufacturing operation with full responsibility for manufacturing, CapEx, Engineering, HR, & QHSE. You will be working closely with a seasoned team and set business objectives to position the site for further growth.

Responsible for a site of circa 140 people
Overseeing manufacturing strategies through to QHSE & HR.
Clear & defined route of progression into Site Director
