Role: Junior Project Manager
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000
Location: Wetherby
Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their busy team in Wetherby on a full-time basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to support a small busy team in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. It is a brand-new opportunity, and they are looking for a highly motivated individual who can hit the ground running and mould the role around the existing Project Managers within the team.
This role has a development opportunity to progress to a Project Manager, You will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for our client.

The successful candidate:
- Assisting PM throughout life cycle of a job, in particular research & costing
- Material orders & managing external suppliers
- Dispatch admin (load lists, commercial invoices, centre bookings, delivery bookings)
- Liaising with factory, quality checking and keeping key stakeholders (Senior PM / PM) informed
- Installation support (store surveys, fitters packs, RAMS documents, Whatsapp reporting, wrap up decks)
- Accounts admin (raising POs, invoicing)
- Managing small projects alone with support from managing PM
- Problem solving
- Support the Project Managers
Essential:
- Experience of working in a similar, fast pace environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have proven experience with prioritising conflicting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing requirements and deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software including Word and Excel.
- Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately
- Experience of being pro-active, to work independently and able to use their own initiative.
- Have the confidence to suggest better ways of working and process improvement.
- Successful and building professional relationships
