Rate: (Apply online only) Per Day - Inside IR35 via umbrella
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Location: Hybrid working - weekly travel to Warwickshire - Candidates based in the Midlands will be priorised
Start: Mid September 2024
Our leading financial services client is recruiting for a highly accomplished, Midlands based PMO Manager for an initial 6 month assignment, to join a thriving PMO team based at impressive premises in Warwickshire.
Deliverables -
Deliverable 1: Work with the CS teams to manage local change working in alignment with the Enterprise PMO using best practice and guidance from the central team
Deliverable 2: Working with the central data team in EPMO produce meaningful data for CS to effectively assess their change journey, including aggregation of data to demonstrate what has been delivered and what is in the future, identifying areas of concern. Provide support and clarity on the data required to hold meaningful meetings
Deliverable 3: Use ADO and MSP to support the teams to provide effective planning and planning data including L0 milestones, pre-cursers, successors and give a clear forward looking planning outlook, raising concerns on progress as required
Deliverable 4: Using previous experience be able to articulate what good looks like for a Centre of Excellence and using your influencing skills be able to successfully launch the Centre of Excellence using support from the wider EPMO LT
Deliverable 5: Produce a high level plan working with central EPMO team to demonstrate the CS change journey
Deliverable 6: Ensure business continuity on all critical activities within role, develop a resilience model aligned to the central EPMO team
Essential Skills -
Strong PMO Manager background
Experience of tailoring frameworks
Financial Services/highly regulated sector experience
Agile mindset and methodology
Flexible
Excellent stakeholder management
Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc)
Strong communication skills
