Overview: O.T Squared is seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on a variety of construction projects, with a particular focus on healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete lifecycle of MEP systems on construction projects, from planning and design to implementation. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all systems are integrated seamlessly. - Ensure all MEP systems comply with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. - Be on site daily to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Required Qualifications and Experience: - SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. - First Aid certification. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Proven experience managing MEP systems on hospital or healthcare projects.

Preferred Skills: - Extensive experience in managing MEP systems specifically within hospital environments.
