About the role

This role is crucial in driving and assisting the implementation of various modules and processes for our Housing Management system, NECH. You will coordinate efforts across multiple teams, including our Housing IT team, operational services, the Housing Improvement Programme Team, and other relevant staff members. Your work will enhance our service delivery and provide specialist training to empower employees with confidence and expertise in the system.

About you

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in our Housing Management system, NECH. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organised, and highly self-motivated, driving efficiencies, enhancing oversight of our operations, and ensuring that outcomes are accurately recorded to improve services for our residents. This role involves spearheading the implementation of various modules and processes within NECH, coordinating efforts across multiple teams, including our Housing IT team, operational service leads, and other key staff members.

About the team

This role reports to the Head of Homeownership and is an integral part of the Homeownership Team. The candidate will lead our project team and also collaborate closely with our Housing Improvement Programme Team and Digital Team. You will interact with users across the Housing Management Directorate within the council and provide support for income and tenancy services.
