About the role
Adult Social Services is facing significant challenges in meeting the current levels of demand and we have an ambitious programme of change to shape the way we do things to meet these challenges.
The Project Manager role is a key position within the Service Improvement and Development Team and is required to support outcomes and priorities within Adults Social Care, through effective and proactive project management and service improvement activity. The post holder will be required to work with services, partners and residents to define, design and deliver projects and improvement activity across services, ensuring deliver best value positive outcome for residents in Haringey.

About you
You will be experienced in successfully delivering projects and service improvement activities within Adult Social Care. You will have a good understanding of the challenges that are being faced within the social care sector and be innovative and passionate about how we develop and improve services. Excellent people skills and a good understanding of co-production, to effectively develop solutions that best meet the needs of residents. An experienced full life cycle project manager, with strong performance and benefits realisation skills.
