Role: Agile Project Manager

Location: Bridgwater (Hybrid - 2 days on-site)

Salary: up to GBP58,000

The Role:As an Agile Project Manager, your focus will be on managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies. You'll facilitate daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high standard of software quality. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver impactful results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with Agile frameworks.
• Proven track record in delivering successful software development projects.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Desirable:

• Certification in Agile (Scrum Master or Product Owner).
• Full UK Driving License and own transport.
