Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established supplier of warehouse and office space solutions looking to on-board a new Project Manager to effectively manage their projects across the UK. With a competitive basic salary, great earning potential and a number of other benefits, this a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with industry experience.


Responsibilities

  • Managing projects of various sizes and values to fit customers requirements for fit outs and interiors
  • Creating project plans to fit with the expectations of the company s clients; liaising with them throughout the duration of the project
  • Overseeing cost management and working with the Installations team to maximize the efficiency of project completion
  • Carrying out site surveys and completing installation drawings
  • Visiting sites regularly to liaise with site managers


Requirements

The company are looking for an individual with experience of project management within the fit outs and interiors. It is also essential that you have a basic understanding of autoCAD as the position will require you to create installations drawings. Due to the requirements of the role, you must hold a full UK driver s license as you will be expected to travel to customer sites a few times per week and to the company s depot in Yorkshire once per week. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in Yorkshire or within an commutable distance of Yorkshire. There is an element of national travel with the position.

Having built a strong foothold in the UK over a 20 year period, their product range includes mezzanine flooring, pallet racking, partitioning, shelving and other workplace equipment. Their projects cover a variety of sectors and the process has a step by step approach giving their customers a complete solution to cater their needs. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to bring on new Project Managers to work on projects nationally.
